Need help now? Call the National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline 1553 (landline/mobile, free, 24/7) or 0917-899-8727 / 0966-351-4518 / 0908-639-2672.
The basics
- You must be 21 or older to gamble in the Philippines.
- Only play with money set aside for entertainment — never rent, bills, school fees or borrowed money.
- Decide a budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you hit either.
- Never chase losses. The next bet does not “owe” you a win.
- Do not gamble when stressed, upset or after drinking.
